Founded: 1991

Mission: "To improve the quality of life in Knoxville and Knox County by the addition of greenways. Greenways provide recreational opportunities (walking, biking, in-line skating, jogging, etc.) and alternate transportation routes while protecting water quality along creeks and lakes."
